Detailed Disclosures

The numbered sections below set out the specific developer entities, project registrations, escrow arrangements, and operational disclosures required by the Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency.

1. Developer

KETURAH is the wellness real-estate brand of MAG of Life, the wellness real-estate development division of MAG Group. MAG of Life is registered with the Dubai Land Department as a master developer. Specific developer entity identifiers for each project, including DLD developer number, RERA registration number, and trade-licence reference, are confirmed in the final Sale & Purchase Agreement and supporting documentation for that project.

2. Project & Escrow disclosures

Each off-plan project marketed on this Site is registered with the Dubai Land Department and operates a dedicated Escrow Account in accordance with Law No. 8 of 2007. Buyer payments for off-plan units are paid directly into the registered Escrow Account of the relevant project. Full Project Numbers, RERA Project Numbers, and Escrow Account details are confirmed at the point of reservation and on the Sale & Purchase Agreement.

In accordance with UAE federal law and Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019 on the implementing regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering, KETURAH applies Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and source-of-funds checks on all transactions. Required documentation typically includes passport copy, Emirates ID (for UAE residents), proof of address, and source-of-funds declarations. Information collected for KYC purposes is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All renders, drawings, specifications, dimensions, areas, and finishes shown on this Site are indicative and may be modified by the developer as required by relevant authorities or as deemed necessary for proper delivery. Final specifications are governed by the executed Sale & Purchase Agreement. Furniture, fittings, and fixtures shown in renders are not included unless expressly stated in the SPA.
