KETURAH is a wellness-led real-estate brand operated by MAG of Life, the wellness real-estate division of MAG Group (collectively, "KETURAH", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you interact with keturah.global, our sales atelier, our marketing communications, and connected services. It applies to enquiries, viewings, brokers, investors, and visitors to our digital and physical properties.

1. Who we are

The data controller is MAG of Life (Keturah Property Development), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For questions, requests, or complaints relating to your personal data, please write to privacy@keturah.global or by post to our atelier address listed on our Connect page.

2. What we collect

We collect only the personal data we need to respond to you and to administer our properties and services. Categories include:

• Identity & contact data. Name, title, email address, telephone number, country of residence, and preferred channel of contact.
• Enquiry data. The project you are interested in, your preferred viewing time, residence-type preferences, and any free-text message you choose to send us.
• Transactional data. Where you proceed to reservation, sale, or rental, the data required by Dubai Land Department, RERA, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and the relevant Free-Zone authorities.
• Usage data. Limited technical data about how you use keturah.global, browser type, device type, anonymised IP, pages visited, and referring page, collected via first-party analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
• Communications data. Records of correspondence with the KETURAH team, including emails, WhatsApp messages, and call notes, kept for service quality and compliance purposes.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data on these legal bases:

• Consent. Where you submit an enquiry form, request a brochure, or opt in to marketing.
• Contract. To administer a reservation, sale, or rental, and the services that follow.
• Legal obligation. To meet UAE legal, regulatory, anti-money-laundering, and tax requirements, including KYC checks where applicable.
• Legitimate interest. To improve our website, protect against fraud, and to send considered, infrequent updates to existing clients who have not opted out.

4. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with parties that need it to perform a service you have asked for, with explicit consent, or where required by law. These include:

• Real-estate authorities including the Dubai Land Department and RERA.
• Our appointed sales agents, including fäm Properties (Master Agency for Keturah Ardh Phase One) and brokers introduced by you.
• Our operational partners, including The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott International, where service delivery requires it.
• Trusted infrastructure providers, hosting, email, CRM, bound by data-processing agreements consistent with this Policy.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. International transfers

KETURAH operates in the UAE and in Switzerland (via Stabio Garden Living). Some of our processors are based outside the UAE. Where personal data leaves the UAE, we ensure it is transferred under appropriate safeguards and only to jurisdictions with adequate data-protection standards.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy and to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Enquiry data not progressing to a transaction is reviewed annually and deleted or anonymised where it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the Personal Data Protection Law) and applicable regulations, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer required.
• Object to processing on grounds of legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including access controls, encryption in transit, and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission is entirely secure; we will notify the relevant authorities and you within the legally required timeframe in the unlikely event of a personal-data breach affecting you.

9. Children

The KETURAH website and services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We will publish any updates to this Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted through the website and, where appropriate, by email to active clients.
