These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of keturah.global and any related digital services (collectively, the "Site") operated by KETURAH, a brand of MAG of Life (the wellness real-estate division of MAG Group), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site presents information about the KETURAH portfolio of developments, including Keturah Reserve, Keturah Creek (with The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Wellness Offices, Bahr, and the One Billion Mansion), Keturah Ardh, Stabio Garden Living, and Keturah Stones. The Site is intended for general information, expression of interest, and high-level orientation only.

2. Indicative information

All content on the Site, text, images, drawings, specifications, photography, renders, CGI visuals, views, landscaping, surroundings, dimensions, areas, figures, furniture, fittings, fixtures, trademarks, logos, and brand names, is provided for illustrative and identification purposes only and may be subject to change without prior notice.

The developer reserves the right to revise or modify any project, its features, and amenities as required by the relevant authorities or as deemed necessary. Furniture, fittings, and fixtures shown in renders and photography are not included in the purchase unless expressly stated in the final sale and purchase agreement.

This Site does not constitute part of any offer or contract. Prospective purchasers should refer to the final sale and purchase agreement and obtain independent legal, financial, and tax advice before making any decision.

3. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names, including KETURAH, Keturah Reserve, Keturah Creek, Keturah Ardh, Stabio Garden Living, Keturah Stones, MAG of Life, MAG Group, and any related marks, remain the property of their respective owners.

The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott IWBI / WELL Building Standard, Autoban, and other partner marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Site does not imply endorsement beyond the partnerships explicitly described.

KETURAH / MAG of Life reserves all rights, and no part of the Site or any brochure presented through it may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.

4. Permitted use

You may access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You may not:

• Use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or republish content from the Site.
• Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or for the transmission of any harmful or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass any technical measure that restricts access to any part of the Site.
• Use any KETURAH marks, content, or media in marketing, listings, or syndication without our prior written consent.

5. Linked third-party sites

The Site links to third-party press, partner, and authority websites. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of those sites and provide the links for reference only.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with the Site or these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection regulations.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
