Infrastructure works for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, are complete, and construction has commenced. The AED 2.8 bn development is the residential heart of Keturah Resort, on 300 metres of Dubai Creek waterfront.
The programme covers 200 residences across seven buildings and twelve creekside mansions. The architecture is L-shaped and butterfly-form, designed to frame view lines across the Mansions, the Dubai skyline, and the Creek. Every residence aligns with WELL Building Standard principles.
Completion is scheduled for Q4 2027. Construction follows the infrastructure pacing, landscaping, vertical builds, finishing programme, and the Ritz-Carlton-led operating handover.
