A life composed, wellness, work, and stay
Lifestyle

Livewell, Workwell,
Staywell.

Three movements of one rhythm, a residence that restores you, a workplace that breathes, and a sanctuary that holds you. Composed for the way you actually live, every day.

A Life Composed

A KETURAH
day, from dawn
to night.

Well-being is supported by movement, access to gardens, restorative routes, water edges, social spaces, quiet rooms, children's amenities, wellness rituals, and places to gather without pressure.

Every part of a KETURAH place is composed to support a different rhythm of daily life, from active to reflective, communal to solitary. The result is not a wellness amenity. It is a working framework for a longer, more present life.

The Three Wells

Three disciplines,
one daily life.

Livewell · Workwell · Staywell
Livewell · The Home

A residence shaped to the day, daylight, air, landscape, and the small disciplines of movement built into the bones of the building. Inside-Out architecture across Reserve, Ardh, Stabio, and the Creekside Mansions.

Workwell · The Wellness Office

A workplace measured by attention. Penthouse, Flat, and Loft offices at Keturah Wellness Offices, inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, for founders, family offices, and small teams who measure their days by the quality of attention they can give them.

Staywell · The Resort

A resort delivered under the operational care of The Ritz-Carlton, a standard of service practised, daily. The first fully wellness-certified resort in the MENA region.

A Day Within the Ecosystem

Naturally, a life
that moves.

From dawn through to night, one continuous rhythm across the KETURAH portfolio
Dawn

Midday

A restorative treatment at the Wellness Center. Lunch by the water. A meeting in a garden office. Views of the flamingo sanctuary.

Evening & Night

Bio-Living

All five senses,
engaged by nature.

Bio-Living is inspired by Biophilic Design, architecture and interiors composed to connect residents with the surrounding nature. All five human senses are engaged by nature, improving physical and mental well-being and adding real value to residents' lives.

Bio-Living respects all life forms, flora, fauna, and human. It is the framework through which every KETURAH project is conceived, from Keturah Reserve at Meydan to Stabio in the Italian-Swiss border, to Ardh's 100,000 trees.

The Wellness Center

Rest is not
stillness.
It is balance
restored.

The Keturah Wellness Center is the physical heart of the Creek wellness promise, where movement, treatment, recovery, nourishment, beauty, and contemplation are brought together in one environment.

Built on four pillars: multidisciplinary lifestyle management, wellness education, medical assessment, and physical excellence. Experienced as a journey, not a list of rooms, arrival, assessment, movement, treatment, recovery, nourishment, reflection.

The Blue Zone Inspiration

Designed for
a longer life.

The principles of the world's longest-living communities, translated into the smallest decisions

A stair-tread that invites walking. A courtyard that pulls neighbours toward each other. A kitchen that sits at the heart of the house. A water edge that brings the day to a pause.

KETURAH is rooted in the principles of the world's longest-living communities, Blue Zones, and reinterprets them into a working framework for daily life in the Gulf and beyond.

Move naturally. Find purpose. Down-shift. The right tribe. Plant slant. 80% rule. Wine at five. Family first. Belong.

Not a list of rules to be observed, but a set of conditions designed into the building itself, so the longer life happens by quiet repetition, not by effort.

Live well. Work well. Stay well.
