A Creekside Sanctuary

A Dubai Creekside Chapter
of the KETURAH portfolio.

Welcome to Keturah Creek

The journey into
a life well lived.

The land pulses with life, shaped by the sun's embrace and the gentle caress of the breeze. Where desert meets water, Keturah is guided by the elements of sand, water, and light, creating a sanctuary that invites you to reconnect with the earth.

Set along the shores of Dubai Creek and on the iconic World Islands, Keturah Creek presents a portfolio of sanctuaries where ancient Middle Eastern wisdom meets contemporary luxury. An invitation to experience renewal and balance, environments curated to restore the body, mind, and spirit.

The Program

Four sanctuaries,
one continuing story.

Keturah Creek is a constellation of four interrelated sanctuaries, each shaped to its own purpose, all gathered around a single waterfront. The Resort with its Ritz-Carlton Residences leads the story; three further chapters will be revealed in course.

Every chapter is delivered under one architectural intelligence and one standard of service. A place to live, work, and stay, well.

The Framework

Sanctuary, reinvented.

KETURAH is an Arabic word for the fragrance traditionally diffused throughout the home to welcome guests, a subtly poetic gesture.
Hospitality

An instinct for the other person's comfort that is never performed, always felt. Hospitality that feels personal, intuitive, and abundant.

Heritage

Middle Eastern wisdom and cultural heritage reinterpreted for contemporary life. Spaces and experiences that feel rooted, yet entirely of today.

Wellness-led Design

Wellness-led design that changes how people live, work, and restore. Not through novelty, but through genuine intention and measured impact.

The Location

A tale of two shores.

The Creek, and the Ocean
The Urban Sanctuary

Keturah Creek's prime waterfront sits just minutes from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport, offering both connection to the city and the serene beauty of the Creek. It is home to Keturah Resort with its Ritz-Carlton Residences, the first of the Creek’s sanctuaries.

Adjacent to Ras Al Khor

The Creek sanctuary is set beside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Reserve, the largest private wildlife sanctuary within any city in the world. The reserve frames the waterfront with a living landscape of birdlife, mangrove, and tidal flats.

The Lungs of Dubai Creek

Ras Al Khor,
a living edge
beside the city.

Adjacent to our Creekside properties lies the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, a pristine wetland reserve and the largest private sanctuary within any city in the world. As the lungs of Dubai Creek, it purifies air and water while oxygenating the surrounding district.

Home to over 20,000 birds across 67 species, flamingos, herons, egrets, its mangroves filter the water, shelter biodiversity, and inspire Keturah's philosophy of purification, balance, and living in harmony with nature.

The Ocean Sanctuary

An iconic
archipelago, a
private island.

The Creek story extends to the iconic World Islands, one of the most ambitious and globally recognized developments on the planet. A man-made archipelago shaped to resemble a world map.

To reside here is to inhabit a piece of a global landmark, a sanctuary surrounded by the 360-degree embrace of the ocean. A complete escape, while remaining connected to the vibrant heart of Dubai, visible on the horizon.

The Masterplan

Four expressions
of a singular vision.

Architecture · Wellness · Facilities · Service

Keturah Creek is not planned by asset class alone. It is planned by human need, to live beautifully, heal deeply, restore daily, move naturally, gather meaningfully, and work in balance.

Every chapter of the master development is delivered under one architectural intelligence and one standard of service. Materials are chosen for dignity and longevity. The boundary between interior and exterior is made deliberately ambiguous.

The best architecture doesn't announce itself, it changes how you feel. Four sanctuaries, all gathered around a single creek, all answering one question.

"We look to what we learn from the past, what we have in the present, to inform what we create for the future."

A Day Within the Ecosystem

Naturally, a life
that moves.

From dawn through to night, one continuous rhythm
Dawn

Morning light over the Creek. Gentle movement. Purified air. A garden walk or yoga session before the day begins.

Midday

A restorative treatment at the Wellness Center. Lunch by the water. A meeting in a garden office.

Evening

Sunset at the marina. Still water at the Creek’s edge. Stars overhead. City lights on the horizon.

The Crown Jewels

Twelve mansions.
Three elements.

Sanctuaries of modern design along 550m of Creekside waterfront
The Element of Stability
Earth, barefoot on warm stone

The Earth Mansion draws its essence from the land beneath, dense, tactile, enduring. Raw stone, dark timber, and earthy tones create a residence of remarkable grounded beauty.

Earth is groundedness, fertility, materiality, and stillness. Beginnings and endings, as life comes from the ground and returns to it.

The Element of Movement
Water, a shell cupped above the surface

Fluid and transparent, with reflective surfaces and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. A residence that breathes with the rhythm of the Creek.

Water is wisdom, intuition, and fluidity. The quiet conductor of daily life, shaping the day with its rhythm.

The Element of Inspiration
Sky, white fabric carried by the wind

Light and open, with expansive glass and soaring ceilings that draw the sky inward. A residence where the boundary between inside and outside dissolves.

Sky is intelligence, creativity, and beginnings. Largely intangible, without permanent form, a residence shaped by light alone.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside

Where Wellness Meets the Waterfront

Architecture
that restores.

Inspired by the WELL Building Standard®, every element of the interiors has been meticulously designed to elevate residents' health and well-being. Materials are chosen for dignity and longevity. Orientation is designed for light and view.

L-shaped and butterfly buildings frame the views and the privacy. Eight residences offer breathtaking sight-lines across the Mansions, Dubai skyline, and the Creek.

The Wellness Center

A five-star
wellness ecosystem.

Movement · Treatment · Recovery · Nourishment · Beauty · Contemplation

The Keturah Wellness Center is the physical heart of the Creek wellness promise. Movement, treatment, recovery, nourishment, beauty, and contemplation are brought together under one roof, managed by a global team of specialists of outstanding quality.

Built on four pillars, multidisciplinary lifestyle management, wellness education, medical assessment, and physical excellence, the Center is experienced as a journey, not a list of rooms. Each guest moves from arrival into a personalised sequence of restoration, shaped by their individual needs.

The journey unfolds through arrival, assessment, movement, treatment, recovery, nourishment, and reflection. Hydrotherapy. Pilates. Yoga. Visual art studio. Outdoor pools. Treatment rooms. Restorative routes through 80,000 square metres of landscaped gardens.

Gardens as Living Infrastructure

Cascading water.
Indigenous planting.
A canopy of calm.

The Resort Gardens are designed as a wellness layer, not a decorative backdrop. Shade, movement paths, reflective pools, family lawns, social terraces, and quiet garden rooms woven through generous green corridors. Traditional wooden bridges, ornamental rocks, and sensory planting create a biophilic sanctuary.
